The Jets are bringing back their Folk Hero. The team signed veteran kicker Nick Folk on Tuesday to solidify a position that has looked shaky early in training camp.

New York Jets quarterback Justin Fields returned to team drills Monday, four days after dislocating a toe on his right foot. Fields participated in 7-on-7 drills at training camp Saturday as the team eased him back into practice.
The last time the New York Jets reached the NFL playoffs was back in 2010. Their kicker that season was Nick Folk, who drilled a last-second field goal against the Indianapolis Colts to propel the Jets into the AFC Championship Game.
The Jets have gotten kicker Harrison Mevis some competition during training, as they reunited with former Pro Bowler Nick Folk.
