The Jets announced a handful of roster moves after wrapping up their mandatory minicamp on Thursday. They signed defensive lineman Kingsley Jonathan and offensive lineman Marquis Hayes. Guard Zack Bailey and cornerback Tre Swilling were waived off of the roster in corresponding moves.
