Javris Butts' preliminary exam is entering its fourth day as prosecutors prepare to deliver closing arguments after calling numerous witnesses to testify about the disappearance and alleged murder of Na'Ziyah Harris.

A judge says there is enough evidence to send Jarvis Butts to trial after hearing four days of testimony in the case of Na'Ziyah Harris, who disappeared exactly one year ago from the preliminary hearing's conclusion.

DETROIT, Mich. (WILX) - A Detroit man will head to trial for his alleged role in the death of a missing teenager. A judge ruled that the case against Jarvis Butts, 41, may go to trial, reports the Detroit NBC affiliate. Butts is accused of killing Na’ziyah Harris, a 13-year-old girl from Detroit.

(CBS DETROIT) - A Detroit man charged with the murder of 13-year-old Na'Ziyah Harris, who was reported missing a year ago, was back in court on Monday as witness testimony continued from Nov. 1. Jarvis Butts, 41, is charged with first-degree premeditated murder, second-degree criminal sexual conduct and child sexually abusive activity.

Jarvis Butts, 42, of Detroit, is charged with first-degree premeditated murder, second-degree criminal sexual conduct and child sexually abusive activity. Butts is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with Na'Ziyah.

Jarvis Butts is now heading to trial for the disappearance and murder of 13-year-old Na'Ziyah Harris. Judge Aliyah Sabree calling him a monster, saying she believes the teenager has died.

The judge overseeing the preliminary hearing of Jarvis Butts, the man accused of killing Na'Ziyah Harris, believed there was enough evidence to send him to trial.
