Harris, as announced on Monday afternoon, has been waived ahead of Week 17. The 28-year-old veteran factored into the Week 16 outing, where he recovered a fumble from Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray in the second quarter of the eventual overtime victory.

Chuba Hubbard ran for a 21-yard touchdown in overtime, and the Carolina Panthers eliminated the Arizona Cardinals from playoff contention with a 36-30 victory.

Hubbard finished one yard short of his career high against the New York Giants in Munich — which was the Panthers’ last win before Sunday.
