Southwest Airlines will soon have its entire Boeing 737 aircraft fleet equipped with new tech designed to increase runway safety.

Southwest Airlines has added the Honeywell SmartLanding and SmartRunway software system to most of its fleet to provide verbal and text alerts to pilots to prevent close runway calls and other safety risks.
