The Missouri Senate passed legislation Thursday that would help fund stadiums for the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals and $100 million for storm recovery specifically for St. Louis. The bills now go to the House. Senators passed the bill containing money for storm relief, as well as other projects, 23-10.
