The cruises that I am aware of from Kingston do not stop at Heart Island. We did a cruise a couple of years ago from Alexandria Bay on the U.S. side that was three hours in length and dropped us at the Castle where we were free to roam until closing time. There was a shuttle boat that took us back to our point of origin.
