The trail is about 1.2 miles. It is downhill from the quarry to the visitor center. It is much harder going in the opposite direction. You do get to see some fossils In the rocks along the way. Full review by Charles W

It's a nice easy walk from the Quarry Visitor Center to the Quarry Exhibit Hall, but unless you like prairie dogs, it doesn't offer that much. The scenery is nice, but the three points on the trail … Full review by parksvisitor
