I would say give it a try Het dropped off as near to the entrance as possible as the parking area is a bit rough. It's mostly dandy and you may only be able to walk to the visitors centre and in the first oasis and boardwalks but it will give you a taste. Good luck.

When we hiked there someone spotted an owl in a nest. A branch of this trail goes west to a hilltop that was covered in flowers in January. Imagine it s even more stunning now after more rains. It gives meaning to the term “Palm Springs “. Enjoy!
